APPLICANT'S STATEMENT
1. I understand and agree that:
(a) If any information given by me in this application is found to be false, or if I am found to have deliberately misrepresented or omitted any relevant information, Auswest Airlines may refuse to employ me, or if I am already employed may terminate my employment immediately and without notice or payment in lieu of notice.

3. Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
Under the Federal Air Navigation Act 1920 (CTH) and Air Navigation Regulations 1947 (CTH), Auswest Airlines employees maybe required to be eligible to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC). Applicants will be responsible for providing Auswest Airlines with documents that detail their eligibility for an ASIC, which includes a Criminal History, Politically Motivated Violence and Citizenship Check.I also acknowledge that, where relevant, my employment will be conditional on me being eligible to hold an ASIC.
